The Zion Temple Armor Bearers Young People’s Union (ABYPU) Auxiliary has been designed purposely to promote spiritual growth and provide instruction and training for our youth. In other words, the ABYPU department is taking our young people to the next level!

Our youth participate in this ministry for several reasons. The most important reason is to heighten their spiritual growth and to increase their desire for a closer walk with the Lord. This ministry is about the youth, it is for the youth, so the more the youth put in, the more enriching it will be.

We have a sincere group of brothers who truly have a heart for the Lord. We talk, sing, and pray together as well as fellowship outside of the local church. The brotherhood is designed to strengthen the men on a spiritual and mental level so that we can all be more productive in building the kingdom of God in our local church, our homes, and our community.

The Hospitality ministry was established to create an atmosphere of love, fellowship, and excitement for everyone who enters the church. This ministry works diligently to show its caring, compassion, and love for God’s people by giving members birthday cards, remembering our sick and shut in, calling in radio announcements, and recognizing member achievements.

The Media ministry supports all activities within the body of the church. This ministry team provides assistance to all activities that bring the church body together in services, celebration, fellowship and special events. The ministry’s mission is to glorify God by ensuring that His Word and our praise and song to Him is seen and heard clearly and without distraction or interference within our local church and throughout the world as it is broadcasted or distributed on media with the highest video, audio, and production quality available.

It is our mission to do a more effective work for the Lord. Our commitment is to strive to continue serving the Lord and one another, in holiness, loyal dedication to the Word of God, through prayer, fasting, witnessing, consecration, sacrifice, and love. Our Missionary department consists of devoted women who have a spiritual call on their lives. The Mission department is created for the purpose of aiding the church, to care for the needs of the saints, to help our pastor, ministers and brethren in bringing souls to Christ, to comfort those in need, to visit the sick, and to compel men and women to come to Christ. We want to nurture and develop the women of God and encourage them to become better wives, mothers, leaders and teachers. As women, we believe, teach, and live according to the Word of God.

This department provides the opportunity for people to play an active role in the ministry of music. We are blessed to have an anointed praise team, which make up this department.

The gift of music knows no limits therefore we try to reach all audiences through this auxiliary. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who actively supports the efforts of this department.

The Pastor’s Aide ministry is committed to: providing necessary support to the Pastor and his family within the church with encouraging words, prayers, and other actions of love; such as spearheading the church in celebrating the Pastor’s anniversary, birthday, and other special occasions; extending hospitality to visiting ministers, their families and guests; and assisting our Pastor in fulfilling his goals for the church and community. The members of this ministry will maintain a persona that is acceptable to our Pastor, our congregation, but above all others, to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Sisterhood ministry’s focus is to promote sisterhood within the body of Christ- encompassing women from many different backgrounds and in all seasons of life who love, supports, and celebrate each other. Our desire and hope is that Sisterhood would be a place where every woman can come as they are, being real and open, find a place where you can grow in your relationship with God, build relationships with other women, and help meet the needs of other women in our ministry and community.

Our mission is to go and make disciples for God. The goal of the Sunday School department is to reach the lost for Jesus. Through the Sunday School, we challenge all ages to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to invite others to do the same. We aim to present the Bible message and the way of life that Jesus taught to men, women, and children, giving them positive values, a sense of purpose in life, and respect for other people, our world, and for God.

The Usher Ministry strongly believes that the Lord Jesus Christ has called us to be “doorkeepers in the house of God.” Our mission is to provide comfort and promote the best worship experience possible to visitors as well as to the saints of God.

Being an usher is a sacred responsibility. We are Christ’s ambassadors with a mission to bring people to Him. In us the hospitality of God is seen. Our role is important because it is the Lord we serve as well as people.

A council can be defined as a group of people called together to give advice or to make decisions. The purpose of the Women’s Council is to direct and guide all females in the procedures and doctrinal teachings of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith.

The International Women’s Council was created for the purpose of uniting women of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ as workers for Christ both at home and abroad. From its inception, the Women’s Council was designed to include ALL of the women of the church.

The Zion Temple ministries were created for the purpose of helping the pastor reach every member of his congregation. Every ministry is designed to meet a specific need for a specific group of people.

We offer a wealth of opportunities, special programs, and ministries for children, youth, and adults which fill the church calendar. You can be sure that in this wide range of activities there is more than one place where you can be personally enriched.
